I have read in a few places that we plan to send flowers on 11, and 12th also?
If that is the case then the document has to be updated to include those dates. Also, I suggest collecting emails and fax numbers and assigning a few people to do the actual "sending". This will make it easier to coordinate.

Just by becoming depressed the process will not get expedited..The process will take its own time so just forget and pray and enjoy your life.Life is much more than GC and getting depressed just for it and not sensical.It is not a life and death matter.Make your and dont spread it to your family...

don't have the guts to take care of anything person to person. That will only go to show how right the right things you do are. Do you know how a person that never does a wrong thing ( "I always do the right thing regardless of the time or place") threatens that he will bring people who do not belong in the conversation to the conversation to show how capable he is.

Who said ? Lawsuits will not work. If you guys have any doubts ? Follow the links below, iam gonna paste. It will tell you how powerful lawsuits are in this country if you think you have been fooled over and over on false promises. This is especially true in the case of People whose priority date was current for a long time but still they were made to wait because of unknown reasons by USCIS while the folks who had priority dates as recent as 2006 walked with Green Cards. People especially who fall under this category are sure to succeed only by filing lawsuits. I dont see any other way out here.

I understand the momentum here....not trying to rain on a parade or anything...but shouldnt we be a little practical. How long is litigation going to take? Wont only naive lawyers even take this up?
USCIS can always pull the security reason trump card here.
moreover, during the last quarter...in the effort to not waste visas, low hanging easy to approve cases with later priority dates have gotten approved. wudnt u rather have that than visas going waste?
We have been patient for a very long time....lets see how the dates move in the 1st 2 quarters of fiscal 09.
My personal suggestion....stop worrying aout GC...there are much bigger things in life to worry about. :)

I have been thinking in similar lines for quite sometime now. I have decided to wait till September 2012 to see if dates reach my PD which is October 2007.
If not i am strongly looking at New Zealand too...At least for me i want to work/live in a western country as locums and relax in India when i am off...I dont see myself working in India full time, at least not at this point.
This may not work for most folks but being in Health Care, i have this option.

Finally we have decided to go back to India for good. I filed my EB3 in May 2003. Its going to be another 4 years to get the green card. When I went to India for vacation last December, we liked it over there & the economy is booming. There are all sorts of discussion regarding the Economic Gap/Politics/Corruption/Cleanliness. But we like it over there. Finally I will have an option to do something interesting. In US I was very much dependent on my monthly pay check and afraid to take even the slightest risk. I am also scared to use the AC21(Hey, thats the way I am). I am working with the same company for last 10 years, kinda stagnant in the last 4 years. In India, there are lots of choices, either to work for a sw company or start some business on my own. I think I will take the business route.
May be I can go there, earn well, send my son to US for college, do green card through him & come retire in US!!!

My Attorney mailed 225 Packages via DHL shipped at June 30 12:00 EST on Saturday, I was 5 minutes late so mine went on 4:00 PM FEDEX.
I dont why FEDEX guys are delivering yet they said will eb delivered by 8:00 AM on Monday but their website shows "Estimated delivery Jul 2, 2007 by 10:30 AM" it is 10:30 already and there is no update yet(may be they don't have enough trucks to carry all the application to DOS).

Dear EB3 folks, please don't get discouraged by the Sept visa bulletin, let's keep our focus contacting congressmen/women, USCIS and DOS to push on a fair policy, of using the visa spillover against cases with older priority dates. Also for all other folks, who don't support this, we are just trying our best to get a push somehow to stay along with others in the queue, moving forward, instead of quietly watching, so please do not discourage. If you don't support or have a better solution, please start your own forum for further discussion instead of discouraging the folks in this forum.

Lawyer sent to NSC on 27th July. Today called to USCIS support. There are no receipts numbers in the system. What could be the reason.
Case might have got transferred to CSC. I applied on Jul' 23rd and no news yet.

Thats not true. My PD is March 2005. When my PD comes, I have to apply for EAD whereas others will get GC. Oh such a screwed up system.
